Alex Navarro recently returned to his native city of Houston after almost 20 years working in Los Angeles and New York City. He is serving as resident music supervisor for Theatre Under The Stars, a first in the organization’s history, and as a pianist for the Houston Ballet.

Instrumental pop-fusion musician/pianist and Mission Viejo resident Alex Navarro recently released his first album titled “Closer Than You Think” at a concert at Mount of Olives Church in Mission Viejo. As current music director for the legendary Engelbert Humperdinck and a regular performer and arranger for Queen Latifah, Navarro is no newbie to the music scene.
